Bart and Lisa discover that Mr. Burns has stolen their 25 greyhound puppies, after the Simpson family refused to let him adopt them. They sneak onto his property and peer through the window to find Mr. Burns giving the puppies a bath. Smithers reminds Mr. Burns that he already has an extensive wardrobe, and then Burns break into a song about how much he adores clothing made out of animals. Between his loafers having been former gophers and his grizzly bear underwear, Burns displays a stockpile of hilarious suits and hats made out of wild animals and former pets. He concludes the song by proclaiming “Let’s prepare these dogs!”, to which his maid replies “Kill two for matching clogs!”. Perhaps the most notorious of all of Simpsons songs, “See My Vest” stands out for its udder absurdity and how out-of-character a song and dance routine is for Mr. Burns. Who knew he had those incredible moves?
